For a few days at least! Claire has another two sets of castings to do on July 14th and 21st, so we will have to head out to St. Louis again! But, for now, we are home and trying to act like a normal family. I have a pile of laundry and dishes to do, the boys are out trying to tame the yard, Isabel is off with a friend and Claire is back on her regular schedule. We are so blessed that this kid just goes with the flow! She went right to sleep in her crib last night and slept through until I woke her at 8:15 this morning. Same at nap time!
Our kids are happy to be home but are already looking forward to the next adventure. Claire is such a good traveler too! Not once did she give us any guff about putting her in that car seat or sitting there for hours on the ride. She played, she sing-songed, she slept and every time we stopped the car somewhere, she would give a little excited scream! But, she never cried when we put her right back in the car again! We were only home an hour when I picked her up from her playing and she said "ready go, car!" and pointed to the door!
