Mommy ALWAYS makes the cakes! The only time a child of mine had a store bought cake was when Lizzie wanted an ice cream cake for her 5th birthday! Now, I'm not promising that they are always good cakes....for example, this one was falling apart...but they are always a labor of love!

It was a great day! Thank you to all the kind people that wished her a happy birthday on Facebook and emailed me and to Brianna and Brooke who tried to call her....but it was nap time! We love you all!

OK...can I just say that the entire neighborhood knows we got something in our mailbox yesterday?! My daughter screamed so loud when she opened up the envelope...I think my ears have quit bleeding now.
Isabel was SO sweet to make breakfast for her sister!! What a great big sister.
We're looking forward to seeing y'all next week.
Happy Birthday Claire!!! I just showed all the pics to her betrothed, and hadn't seen the clip of her one-handed walking yet. By the time she got to saying, "How are you?" at the end, YoYo was asking, "Why is Mama crying?" Yeahhhhhhh, Claire!!!
